Digital Archiving Policy
In order to ensure the preservation, usability and accessibility content for long term availability, there is a need for management policies and actions, called as Digital Archiving Policy.
Long-Term Preservation
JSCBE ensures permanent preservation of all published content through:
• Institutional and national digital repositories
• Multiple secure server backups at the Kingdom University server.
• Long-term archiving partnerships (CLOCKSS in process )
Self-Archiving (Green OA)
Authors may freely deposit the published version (PDF) in:
• Institutional repositories
• Personal websites
• Academic platforms (e.g., ResearchGate)
• Open-access repositories
No embargo applies.
Metadata and Indexing
All archived content includes complete metadata (DOI, abstract, authors, keywords) for indexing and long-term discoverability.
