Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal Before Review
Authors may request withdrawal prior to peer review. Written confirmation from all authors is required.
Withdrawal During Review
Requests during review must have a valid reason. The journal may deny withdrawal if a final decision is imminent.
Withdrawal After Acceptance
Withdrawal post-acceptance is discouraged. In exceptional cases, authors may be asked to cover processing costs already incurred.
Ethical Violations
If withdrawal involves unethical practices (e.g., plagiarism or simultaneous submission), the journal may:
• Reject the manuscript permanently
• Notify affiliated institutions
• Restrict future submissions
Unresponsive Authors
If authors fail to respond during revisions or production, the manuscript may be marked as:
“Withdrawn by Editorial Decision.”
Repeated occurrences may result in submission restrictions.
